What we collect

When you request an Airbnb audit, we collect the contact and listing information you submit. If you choose to personalize the audit, this may also include property location, listing count, occupancy, average nightly rate, monthly revenue, your primary challenge and desired result. We also collect basic advertising attribution such as campaign parameters and the referring page.

How we use it

We use your information to review and personalize the audit, contact you about that request, recommend an appropriate service, understand campaign performance, prevent spam, and improve the consultation experience. Submitting the audit form does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.

Storage and sharing

Your application is stored in the website’s secure lead database so the owner can review and manage it. FormSubmit processes a copy to deliver the email notification to OnBusinessWorld, and Google Workspace may then process that email for follow-up. We do not sell your personal information.

Analytics and advertising measurement

Google Ads may process limited device, browsing, campaign and conversion signals so we can understand which advertising leads to completed consultation requests. Advertising storage, user-data processing and personalization are denied by default unless you choose “Allow measurement”; limited consent-aware, cookieless signals may be used where applicable. We do not send the name, email address or listing URL entered in the form to Google Ads.

Host Challenge applications

If you enter the Host Challenge, we use the information you submit to validate your entry, assess it against the published selection criteria, contact selected entrants and administer the promotion. The complete terms are available in the Host Challenge official rules.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information, or withdraw consent to future contact. You can also reopen “Tracking choices” from the website footer and change your advertising-measurement choice. Send privacy requests to ceo@onbusinessworld.com.
